Terms and Conditions

Who can enter?

You must be an Australian resident 18 years and over to enter our giveaway.

How to Enter?

  1. You must be following our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/happycraft.com.au)
  2. Comment on our “13k giveaway” Facebook post, stating your favourite product we (Happy Craft Supplies) sell
  3. Only one entry allowed per person (if you comment twice, you will only receive one entry)
  4. The winners will be drawn at random
  5. Entrants will be disqualified if they breach any of the terms and conditions

Important Dates:

This giveaway:

  • Commences on Tuesday 8th November 2022 at 8.30pm AEDT
  • Entries close on Tuesday 15th November 2022 at 8.30pm AEDT
  • The draw will take place on Wednesday 16th November 2022
  • Winners will be announced on Wednesday 16th November at 8.30pm AEDT

Winners

The winners will be announced on our Facebook page and updated on our website on Wednesday 16th November at 8.30pm AEDT

A winner must provide the following information to aid with delivery/collection of prize:

  • Full name
  • Email Address
  • Postal address (if prize is being posted to the winner)
  • Phone number

Winners can receive their respective prizes by either:

  • Collecting it from our showroom (49b Peet St, Pakenham, Victoria 3810) during open hours or;
  • Posting the prize at Happy Craft Supplies expense

Prizes will be ready for collection and postage from Friday 18th November 2022

If winners choose to have their prize posted, they must provide an Australian postal address. Prizes will not be posted internationally.

Prizes

There are 13 different prizes for our giveaway. Each prize is a product sold at Happy Craft Supplies. Prizes will not be chosen by winners. A draw will take place for each prize and the name randomly picked for that particular prize, therefore, 13 names will be chosen at random.

Prizes are not transferrable nor redeemable for cash. A winner cannot transfer a prize to another person & they cannot request cash in exchange for the prize.

Privacy

We will be collecting personal information of the winners. Your personal information will only be used in a manner to assist with delivery & collection of your prize.

By entering this giveaway the entrant warrants that the competitor meets the entry eligibility requirements and accepts these terms and conditions.
